Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sweet milk
    1 c. water
    1 lb. cheese, grated (for top)
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased roaster or large baking dish.
    Add ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (covered).
    Uncover and add cheese.
    Continue cooking until cheese has melted and potatoes are lightly brown on top.
