Spring Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (11-oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut, toasted
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 can (8-oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. (8-oz.) sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    Fresh mint (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients, mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle with walnuts and brown sugar. Garnish with mint if desired. Yield 6 servings.
