Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. hot milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; prick each with a fork and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until done (about 1 hour).
    Cut slice from top of each potato and scoop out centers, being careful not to break skin.
