Audrey'S Pound Cake(Club Member: Terah Smith) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    7 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla or lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add 7 eggs, one at a time. Add flour all at once; beat well. Pour batter in greased tube pan (do not flour). Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Cool for only 10 minutes before removing from pan.
