Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Knead on a floured surface.
    Let rise. Punch down.
    Make into 2 loaves or may be made into rolls.
    Let rise, then bake at 350\u00b0 until done and brown.
    Butter tops when done.
