School Style Peanut Butter Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peanut butter
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine, melted
    3/4 c. to 1 c. flake coconut
Preparation
    Combine peanut butter, sugars, margarine and vanilla.
    Spread into 11 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
    Top with coconut and refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 4 to 5 dozen squares.
