Classic Cannoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free Ricotta cheese
    2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. coarsely shredded fresh orange rind
    1 1/2 tsp. orange liqueur or vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
    6 prepared cannoli shells
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine cheese, sugar, rind, liqueur and chips. Spoon mixture into pastry bag fitted with a large tip and pipe equal amounts into shells.
