Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves
    2 c. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. sliced green onion
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    12 oz. uncooked chicken cutlets, cut in 1-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute garlic and vegetables in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. Thick with 1 tablespoon cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 2.
