Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 large onion
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
