Rachel'S One Dish Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can red chili sauce
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. black olives
    1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni
Preparation
    Cook bell pepper and onion in small amount of oil and set aside.
    Cook ground beef until all moisture is cooked out of it. Add bell pepper and onion to the meat, add red chili sauce and canned tomatoes.
    Cook for an hour.
    (This may be cooked a day ahead.)
    Cook macaroni barely tender.
    Add to mixture and sprinkle grated cheese over it.
    Add olives around it before serving. Serves 6 to 8.
    Serve with garlic bread and cole slaw.
