Applesauce Meatballs(Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. applesauce
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 onion, chopped fine
    salt and pepper
    flour (enough to roll balls in)
    1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix meat, applesauce, eggs, onion, salt and pepper.
    Form small balls (walnut size).
    Roll in flour.
    Brown in oil.
    Place in shallow casserole.
    Pour catsup and water mixture over.
    Bake, covered, for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir once or twice while baking. Serve alone or over noodles.
