Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. baking flour
    milk (enough to make batter runny)
Preparation
    Mix well and drop through funnel into hot oil.
    Crisscross to keep cake together.
    Serve with powdered sugar or plain.
