Chicken Hawaii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place chicken in a large bowl.
    Combine soy sauce, onion and ginger.
    Pour over chicken.
    Marinate for at least 1 hour, turning chicken to coat all sides.
    Drain chicken and coat with cornstarch, reserving sauce.
    Place margarine in large baking dish.
    Add chicken, skin side down.
    Bake for 40 minutes (until bottom side is well browned) at 350\u00b0.
    Turn chicken over.
    Combine pineapple chunks and liquid, lemon juice and reserved sauce.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes more or until tender.
