Christmas Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. golden raisins
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add lemon juice, lemon peel and vanilla.
    Mix in raisins, nuts and flour alternately. Spoon into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
