Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. softened butter
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix wet ingredients in mixing bowl.
Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in cranberries.
Spoon into greased and floured 8 x 4 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on rack.
