Snow Peak Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white corn syrup
2 eggs
pinch of salt
heaping tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Heat syrup to boiling point. Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
Add salt. Slowly pour corn syrup over beaten egg whites, continuing to beat until mixture is fluffy and hangs in peaks from beater.
Fold in vanilla.
