Vidalia Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. fine Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick melted oleo
2 c. thin sliced Vidalia onions
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix crackers with 1/2 stick butter.
Form crust in pie plate. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons butter.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Place onions on crust.
Pour egg mixture over onions and crust.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
