Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen potatoes
    1/2 c. softened oleo
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cartons sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onions (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle top with 2 cups crushed cornflakes, mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
