Pineapple Or Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (large can, undrained)
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together then stir in wet ingredients. Do not have to use mixer.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Leave the cake in the pan and pour the hot icing over the cake while the cake is still hot.
