Scalloped Potatoes And Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. thinly sliced peeled (optional) potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. sour cream
6 pork chop loins, cut 1-inch thick
Preparation

In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, layer half of the potatoes and onion.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Repeat layers.
Combine the soup, sage and sour cream.
Pour over potato mixture. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
