Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. pot roast
    4 tsp. margarine
    1 pkg. Lipton onion and mushroom soup mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown outside of roast in large pot with margarine. After all sides are brown, remove from stove. Place roast in crock-pot. Add water to cover roast. Add soup mix (Lipton). Salt and pepper to taste and cook on high for 4 to 5 hours. If planning on leaving crock-pot, cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
