Rice Green Chili Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    3 medium zucchini, sliced thin
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can diced Ortega chilies
    12 oz. Jack cheese, grated
    1 to 2 large tomatoes, sliced thin
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Cook zucchini until crisp-tender.
    Set aside. Place cooked rice in 3-quart casserole. Cover with chilies. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and put zucchini over cheese. Add tomato and season with salt.
    Combine sour cream, oregano, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, green pepper and onion and spread over tomato. Scatter remaining cheese over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
