Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    4 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    12 to 14 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water and sugar; boil for 5 minutes.
    Add shortening. Cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and salt.
    Dissolve dry yeast in 1/2 cup warm water; add to other ingredients.
    Add flour in steps. Use electric mixer as long as possible, then mix with a wooden spoon.
