Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can red salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg for loaf
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. thin white sauce (use 1 c. for loaf and 1 for topping)
    1 hard-boiled egg for sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except for 1 cup white sauce and hard-boiled egg, and form a loaf.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    To the other cup of white sauce, add chopped hard-boiled egg and serve over the Salmon Loaf.
