Onion Cheese Biscuit Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a small skillet over medium heat.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until onions are tender.
