Broccoli Cheese Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, finely chopped
6 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz. pkg. egg noodles (or 12 oz.)
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 small box (4 oz.) Velveeta cheese (cubed)
5 c. milk
salt & pepper to taste
Preparation

In large kettle, saute onions (add water instead of butter), add remaining ingredients except cheese and milk. Cook over low to medium heat until noodles are done, add the cheese and milk. Stir and cook until cheese is melted. Total cooking time approximately 20 minutes.
