Ham And Cheese Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices buttered bread
    6 to 8 slices American cheese
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3 c. milk
    1 green pepper, chopped
    5 eggs
    salt
Preparation
    Butter bottom and sides of a 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Layer bread and cheese slices and 1/2 Cheddar cheese.
    Add ham, mustard and pepper.
    Beat eggs, milk and rest of cheese.
    Pour over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
