Sweet Potato Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine potatoes, sugar, salt, spices and flavoring.
    Add eggs; beat vigorously until combined.
    Stir in pecans.
    Pour into pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
