Cucumbers And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cucumbers
ice cubes to cover
1/2 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped chives or very thin sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Thinly slice cucumbers and cover with ice cubes. When ready to serve, drain well and cover with the sauce.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chives or green onions, vinegar and salt and pepper. Stir into cucumbers and serve.
