Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 McIntosh apples
    1 small can frozen apple juice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 pie crusts
    1 tsp. cinnamon or 2 tsp. apple pie spice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
Preparation
    Slice apples and place into the bottom crust.
    In a small saucepan empty apple juice and tapioca.
    Heat and stir with wire whisk until mixture thickens.
    Add spices and pour immediately over apples.
    Top with crust.
    Prick with a fork.
    Brush with milk. Bake for 40 minutes in a 400\u00b0 preheated oven.
