Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. rum extract
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. broken walnuts
1/2 c. walnuts for decoration
3 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Cream butter with sugar. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Add melted chocolate, coffee and rum.
Stir in flour and walnuts; turn into pie shell.
Top with remaining 1/2 cup walnut halves.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool.
Top with whipped cream.
