Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except nuts in large bowl.
    Beat on medium speed for 30 seconds, scraping sides and bottom of bowl constantly.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Remove bread immediately from pan and onto a cooling rack.
    Cool before serving or slicing. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
