Banana Fizz Favorite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to Jell-O; stir until thickened. Remove any unmelted ice.
    Put banana slices into glasses.
    Measure out 1 1/3 cups Jell-O and spoon over banana slices.
    Whip remaining Jell-O with electric mixer until fluffy, thick and about doubled.
    Pour over Jell-O in glasses.
    Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
