Steak Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables (frozen)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute meat and onions.
    Combine with rest of ingredients. Simmer several hours on low.
    May also be simmered in crock-pot on low for several hours.
