Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, cut in quarters
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 cloves garlic, cut fine
    6 Tbsp. garlic wine vinegar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour over mushrooms.
    Marinate for a few days in a covered bowl in refrigerator.
