Grape Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for 2 pie crusts
3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
5 c. seedless grapes, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Make pastry for 2 crust pie.
Mix tapioca, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar together.
Mix in grapes. Fill pie shell. Dot with butter and add water.
Put top pastry crust on.
Flute edges. Cover edges with tinfoil.
Slit top crust in 6 places. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
