Miniature Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Bring water, butter and salt to rolling boil in heavy saucepan.
    Add flour all at once and cook over low heat, beating vigorously with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms ball.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time, until mixture is smooth and has a satin sheen.
    Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
    Remove and cool.
