Western Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large eggs, scrambled
1/2 c. chopped ham
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, pour scrambled eggs in. Let cook thoroughly on one side.
Carefully flip omelet over. Place remaining ingredients in the middle of the cooked side of the eggs.
Let cheese melt slightly, then flip omelet mixture in half. Omelet is cooked when eggs are done.
