Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 large (40 oz.) can sweet potatoes
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream all together in electric mixer for 10 minutes.
    Add small can evaporated milk and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
    Mix well and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0; top with marshmallows and broil 5 minutes.
