Stuffed Pepper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice, cooked half done
    1 lb. sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    4 to 6 red or green peppers
Preparation
    Cook rice half done.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Stuff peppers and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
