Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. grated potatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Salt to taste.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Crush potato chips or French fried onion rings or chow mein noodles on top.
    Bake 10 minutes.
