Easy Yeast Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. milk
    5 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add shortening, salt and sugar. Alternate, adding milk and flour.
    Knead dough until smooth.
    Make rolls and place on greased cake pan.
    Let rise and bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
