Ingredients

3/4 cup Coleman's Dry Mustard
1 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar (scant)
1/4 cup water
1 - 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
salt to taste
2 eggs
Preparation

A double boiler which has a lid is required, either stainless steel or glass. Mix together first six ingredients, cover and let sit for 4 - 6 hours. After sitting for the time period, place double boiler on stove. Beat two eggs and add to mixture. Cook 8 - 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour into jars, cover and refrigerate.
