Lamb Noodle Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground lamb
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, cooked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    6 green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook lamb with garlic until browned; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Place noodles in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with meat mixture.
    In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; stir in onions.
    Spread over meat mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
