Dilly Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. green beans
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 cloves garlic
    4 heads dill
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. granulated sugar
    2 c. strong vinegar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour over beets and boil for 10 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal at once.
    If beets are large, cut in halves or fourths.
