Cheesy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cut up potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. Miracle Whip light dressing
    1 c. light sharp natural shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and set aside. Cook and stir onion and garlic in dressing in skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Mash potatoes over low heat. Stir in onion mixture, cheese and milk. Add seasonings. Spoon into 2-quart casserole. Top with crumbs and oleo. Bake 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
