Ingredients

5 c. rhubarb, diced
4 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
1 can crushed pineapple, if desired
Preparation

Combine rhubarb and sugar.
Let stand overnight.
In the morning, cook rhubarb for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O.
Pour into hot jars and seal.
