Dutch Apple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. chopped apples
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts or raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Blend in remaining ingredients and pour into greased loaf pan. Mix together a little sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top of bread before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
