Patti Jacuzzi'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    10 boiled eggs
    1 medium red onion
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    3/4 c. Durkee
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cube and boil potatoes in salted water until done.
    Drain. Add chopped eggs, onion, cottage cheese, salt, mustard, Durkee, mayonnaise and celery seed.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate until well chilled.
    Even better the next day.
