Marinated Eye Of Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) boneless beef eye of round roasts
    seasoned salt
    lemon pepper seasoning
    meat tenderizer (optional)
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/4 c. (scant) bourbon or whiskey
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Pierce roasts in several places; season lightly with salt and lemon pepper and tenderizer.
    Place roasts in large plastic bag set in a deep bowl.
